What is the Success
and Me Game™?
The Game is a
lively and down-to-earth experience that helps participants get
clear on what “success” looks like, on their own terms. The Game
engages you in a deeply self-reflective yet playful
facilitated group process that guides you to discover your
personal success vision: one that illuminates, focuses and inspires
your endeavors and enables you to live a life of purpose and
fulfillment.
Specifically, the
Game consists of:

A card deck with
7 questions to illuminate your assumptions and values about
success

An interactive
process that encourages personal and professional development

A compass for
navigating life's defining moments
You get:

A critical look
at your assumptions and beliefs about success, and clarity about
what to keep and what to let go

How does it work?
The Success and Me
Game™ is played in groups of 6 to 12 players, guided by Martha
Carnahan, a trained and licensed Success and Me Game Facilitator, and can
be played in-person or via telephone.

Each player has
an individual Game deck (sent via postal mail once you register).
-
Game play begins
with 7 thought-provoking questions that probe deeply held beliefs
and assumptions about success; responses are generated privately
on Game deck response cards.

A lively and
playful group role-playing process assists players in refining
their responses and crafting their own personal success vision.
-
Game play takes
approximately 3 hours and is conducted in one session, with a
10-minute break about mid-way through.

The Game
concludes by inviting players to identify “next steps,” practical
decisions or actions that begin to integrate the Game’s insights
into their lives.

After the Game,
players have the option to join the
Success and Us Community to
get continuing support as they work to implement their individual
success vision. The first month’s membership is FREE with your
Success and Me Game™ fee.

TIPS for playing
by phone: Make sure you are calling from a place where you can
spread out, such as a desk or table; If you have a hands-free
headset you will be most comfortable; make sure you will be
undisturbed for the full 3 hours of the Game.

Game at the scheduled date and time. We start promptly on time and
follow a tight timeline, so be sure to arrive on time.
